Quarterly pest control is a year-round plan with four scheduled visits, roughly 90 days apart. Each visit renews a treated barrier around the outside of your home and handles any activity inside.

You need to be home for the first visit and for any visit that includes interior work. Exterior-only visits can be done while you are out, as long as we have gate access. We leave a note showing what was treated.
Yes, when it is applied correctly. Most of the work happens outside the home, along the foundation and entry points. Where we treat inside, we use targeted crack and crevice placements rather than broad spraying. Keep pets off treated exterior surfaces until they dry.
Call us and we return at no charge. That call-back is part of the plan, not an extra. Seeing a few pests after the first visit is normal. Product pushes them out of harbourage before it takes full effect.
No. Termite work is a separate specialty and Crown does not currently sell termite treatment. If your inspection turns up something that looks like termite damage, we will say so plainly. Then you can get it looked at.
